Current Motivation, Personal Focus, Energy & Stress, introducing and exploring the 7 factor Personal Resiliency model and using the PREPpro Self Development, Personal Strengths Profile and Resiliency Summary as a Coach, Manager or Consultant.
* Final session is a personalized 30 minute coaching session to integrate PREP into your work, answering your questions and how to best apply your PREPpro Coaching Certification!
NOTE: for 2025 the PREPpro Specialty Resilience Coach Certification is being offered as a complimentary add-on to the PREPpro Coach Certification, Level 3.

PREPpro Resiliency Specialty Certification @ 4hours per Certification
Prerequisite: PREPpro Level 3 Certification.
Resiliency Applications – become certified as a PREPpro Resiliency Coach to interpret, coach your clients one on one to develop awareness, skills and plans to improve and maintain their personal resiliency at work and home.
PREP’s newest Data Chart reveals the individual’s current Change Readiness and Resiliency Strengths … and potential Coaching areas for professional coaching and goal setting.
PREPpro Senior Coach Dates
All times 8-10am PST
October 7, 9, 2025 + personal coaching session scheduled individually
Personal session of 1-hour to customize your PREPpro Senior Coach certification, scheduled within 4 weeks of the final session.
Prerequisite: PREPpro Resiliency Coach Certification

PREPpro Senior Coach Sessions 1, 2 plus a personal Coaching session. Topics: Advanced insights in Strengths- and Resiliency-based Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Career Development; Job Match, Interviewing, Onboarding for teams and culture, Organizational Change & Development, Succession Planning. The second session is a Practicum in your chosen focus, with your personal session established at the end of this session. Prerequisite is PREPpro Certification Level 3 Resiliency Specialized Coach or 2 years PREP Coaching experience

Resiliency Coaching Applications – certified as Personal Resiliency Coach for PREP’s unique and highly insightful 7 factor approach to Resiliency – including current personal focus, energy and stress levels with the new Data chart indicating Coaching Opportunities and your clients’ current personal strengths to support both trust-building rapport and outcomes-based Coaching goals.
PREPpro Senior Coach three sessions: two at 2 hours each plus a personal 1 hour coaching session with a master-level PREP trainer/coach to integrate and fine tune your overall PREP organizational program that integrates personal strengths with resiliency, career and succession planning for individuals and organizations.
