Current Motivation, Personal Focus, Energy & Stress, introducing and exploring the 7 factor Personal Resiliency model and using the PREPpro Self Development, Personal Strengths Profile and Resiliency Summary as a Coach, Manager or Consultant.
* Final session is a personalized 30 minute coaching session to integrate PREP into your work, answering your questions and how to best apply your PREPpro Coaching Certification!

Prerequisite: PREPpro Coach Certification.
Two 2-hour sessions to apply PREP’s new Resiliency Data Chart to your Coaching Practice. The session reveals the individual’s current Change Readiness and Resiliency Strengths for each of the seven sections: Natural style, First Impression, Current Motivation, Personal Focus, Energy, Stress Level and overall Change Readiness. The applications support Coaches, HR Professionals and Managers to quickly identify where and how to best support your clients and staff … which Coaching areas will likely make the greatest difference for professional coaching and goal setting.
PREPpro Advanced Certification Coach -- Individualized Session & Dates

Personal session of 1-hour to customize your PREPpro Senior Coach certification, scheduled within 4 weeks of the final session.

PREPpro Advanced Certification Coach, Individualized for you!
Select your own advanced training! Two @ 2 hour Sessions plus a follow up (4-6 weeks later) personal Coaching session.
Topics: Advanced insights in Strengths- and Resiliency-based Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Career Development; Job Match, Interviewing, Onboarding for teams and culture, Organizational Change & Development, Succession Planning. The sessions are Practicum-style, in your chosen focus, with your personal session established at the end of this session. Prerequisite is PREPpro Coach Certification (Level 3)

PREPpro Advanced Coach Certification @ 4 hrs per session $600
Prerequisite: PREPpro Certification.
Two sessions @ 2hours each focusing on PREP’s unique and highly insightful 7 factor approach to Resiliency – including Natural Style, First Impression, Motivation, Current personal focus, Energy and Stress levels with the new Data chart indicating Coaching Opportunities and your clients’ current personal strengths to support both trust-building rapport and outcomes-based Coaching goals. Applications and Practicum for Individual-, Team-, Pair- Coaching; HR, Leadership Development, Management
PREPpro Advanced Coach Certification. Individualized $800 Two sessions at 2 hours each, plus a personal follow-up coaching session with a master-level PREP trainer/coach to integrate and fine tune your overall PREPpro Advanced Coach that integrates your application with new PREP skills.
Prerequisite: PREPpro Certification + 2 yrs experience in: Coaching, Leadership roles, Management, Counseling, HR or related professional field.
