PREP was at the heart of many Organizational Change programs in the banking field during the 1980’s when Consumer Banking was introduced to a formerly traditional management structure.  When working with AT&T Leadership programs, Digital Equipment Corporation and Texas Instruments Leadership for Women programs in the early 1980’s JoAn Mann, Founder of PREP noticed how critical it was to understand personally ones leadership style.  This CORE self-understanding resulted in launching confident, professionals.
