Greetings from Orcas, Washington!
It's been a busy year! We are delighted with the upgrade to our client login website. These are mostly security and updates to functionality-- they will allow us to move forward with more fun offerings this year. Our User Conference this year is on Orcas Island, June 22nd - the call-in conference 12-1:30 PDT will cover topics on our upgraded security, enhancements as well as a special section on Cambridge Analytica's personality ethics misuses and how PREP's long-standing data and personal privacy/confidentiality, developed in 2008 based on the EU standards for Individual and data privacy/confidentiality approaches personality assessment, research and application very, very differently. Reminiscing a bit from our start 35 years ago... PREP started with paper and pencil assessments, moved to service-based word processor reports and then to the Turbo C environment, then Mac, then Terminal Server, then Web 2.0 ... It's been quite a lesson in technology development, all the while helping our clients build stronger interpersonal relations and communications - the CORE of our business, which has never changed. The delivery certainly has changed!
Our client base continues to grow as we update our website, offer more trainings and programs. Our system specializes in your needs and particular applications. The flexibility of the PREP system has been vetted over the years by our customers, many of whom have been with us since our formal organization in 1984, some even prior to that in our startup year, 1983. It's an honor to have grown with them!

Our organizational clients use the PREP PSP (Personal Strengths Profile) as part of their business from identifying the core leadership team strengths and weaknesses to better staff and support their organizational goals to final interviewing process in recruitment to career development and even outplacement when necessary. Ethical survey administration is the hallmark of our Administrator Certification and feedback requirements to any survey respondent.
Many of our clients use personality and change indicators once hired. Either way, this is valuable information for both the new hire/candidate and his/her manager. There is only one chance at a first impression. At PREP, our goal is to expand that chance into an opportunity to understand a wonderful new person and support all those individual efforts that will help the organization achieve its mission and vision.
